These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 444pk ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the 444pk website located at https://444pk.cam and all associated services, features, content, and functionality made available through the Platform.

444pk is an English-language online betting and casino information platform designed for and targeting users in Pakistan. The Platform provides access to sports betting, live casino, slot games, table games, instant games and other interactive entertainment services.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered through 444pk, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has been created.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an active Account on 444pk, you must meet and continue to meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Being of legal age does not automatically render gambling activity lawful in your jurisdiction. You must independently verify whether gambling is permitted under the laws applicable to you.

3.2 Legal Capacity

You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally incapacitated or subject to legal guardianship are not permitted to register.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of any balances, including winnings.

3.4 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration and must update your details promptly if they change. 444pk reserves the right to verify all information provided and to suspend or terminate accounts where discrepancies are identified.

4.1 Registration Process

To register an Account, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address (including city — for example Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan or Peshawar), email address, and a secure password. Additional information may be required as part of the KYC process described in Section 5.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. 444pk will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security.

4.3 Suspicious Activity

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 444pk's support team immediately via live chat or email. We may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation.

4.4 Account Ownership

Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer or otherwise deal in your Account or any rights associated with it. Any attempt to transfer an Account will render it immediately void.

444pk applies Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering procedures in accordance with the requirements of its operating license. These procedures are applied consistently and are a condition of continued account access.

5.1 Verification Triggers

KYC verification will be required in, but not limited to, the following circumstances:

• Before the first withdrawal is processed from your Account.
• When cumulative deposits exceed specified thresholds set internally by the Operator.
• Where the Platform's monitoring systems identify unusual or potentially suspicious transaction patterns.
• At any time the Operator reasonably determines that identity confirmation is necessary.

5.2 Required Documentation

Depending on the nature and extent of the verification required, you may be asked to provide:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., CNIC, passport).
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of a registered Easypaisa or JazzCash account, or a bank statement from HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or another relevant institution).
• Evidence of source of funds where deposits reach applicable thresholds.

5.3 Consequences of Non-Compliance

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable period will result in suspension of withdrawal rights and, ultimately, Account termination. Any balance held in an unverified Account at the time of termination may be forfeited in accordance with the Operator's AML policy.

6.1 Currency

All transactions on 444pk are conducted in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Where a deposit is made in another currency, it will be converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. The Operator is not responsible for any losses arising from currency fluctuation.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

Minimum deposit amounts are set by the Operator and displayed in the Platform's cashier section. Illustrative examples include a minimum of PKR 1,000 per transaction, though current limits should always be verified in the live cashier, as they are subject to change.

6.3 Deposit Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited are lawfully obtained and that depositing those funds does not breach any applicable law. The Platform does not accept deposits that are identified as proceeds of crime or unlawful activity.

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed subject to the following conditions being met:

• Your Account has completed the applicable KYC verification process.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses have been satisfied in full.
• No active investigation or compliance review is in progress on your Account.
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed in the cashier.

6.5 Processing Times

Processing times vary by payment method and are not guaranteed. The Platform will endeavour to process withdrawal requests promptly, but internal compliance checks, payment processor delays and bank processing times are outside the Operator's direct control. 444pk will not be held liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

6.6 Payment Method Consistency

The Platform operates a same-method withdrawal policy where practicable, meaning withdrawals are directed back to the original deposit method. This policy is applied in accordance with anti-money-laundering obligations.

444pk may offer various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, referral rewards and other time-limited promotions. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions and any additional terms specified on the relevant promotion page.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover requirement) before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x means the bonus amount must be wagered ten times in total). Specific requirements are stated on each offer page and must be reviewed before opting in.

7.2 Illustrative Examples

Any bonus figures referred to in promotional materials on the Platform (for example, "100% welcome offer up to PKR 25,000", "sports starter up to PKR 10,000", or "cricket weekend offer up to PKR 15,000") are illustrative examples of the types of offers that may be available. They are not guaranteed live promotions. Current offers must be verified through the Platform's promotions section.

7.3 Bonus Eligibility

The following restrictions apply to bonus eligibility:

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per registered Account, per household, per shared IP address and per device.
• Bonuses are not transferable between Accounts.
• Certain bonuses may be restricted to specific game types, sports markets or bet types. These restrictions are stated in individual offer terms.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in the relevant offer terms. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

The Platform reserves the right to withhold or void bonus funds, associated winnings and Account balances where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using hedging strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and systematically exploiting offer mechanics in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted at the Operator's sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an official confirmation from the Platform. In-play odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at any time where there are reasonable grounds to do so.

8.2 Errors in Odds

Where odds are published in error — including obvious pricing mistakes or technical errors that result in odds significantly inconsistent with market prices — the Platform reserves the right to void affected bets regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the User's Account.

8.3 Cricket & Sports Specific Rules

Specific rules apply to individual sports, tournaments and markets. For cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals and ICC tournaments — rules governing weather interruptions, match abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method adjustments and partial game completions are set out in the Platform's Sports Betting Rules documentation accessible through the Help Centre.

8.4 Casino Game Fairness

Casino games offered through 444pk are sourced from licensed game studios and are subject to regular independent testing for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are displayed in each game's information panel. The Platform makes no guarantee of individual player outcomes.

8.5 Disconnection Policy

Where a game or bet is interrupted due to a connection failure on the User's end, the Platform will follow its documented disconnection policy to determine bet outcomes. The Operator is not responsible for connectivity issues caused by the User's internet service provider or device.

Users of 444pk are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or at any point during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by applicable law without disclosure.
• Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person who is below the minimum eligible age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technical means to place bets, access the Platform or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of dishonest manipulation of sporting events or casino games in connection with bets placed on the Platform.
• Using the Platform to launder money or otherwise use funds derived from criminal or unlawful activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing members of 444pk's support or operational team.
• Attempting to circumvent technical measures put in place by the Platform, including but not limited to geo-restriction systems.

Any breach of the above prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension and termination, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

444pk is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users and are accessible through the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic notifications or session termination after a set duration of play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up reminders displaying time played and net session outcome.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account access restrictions for a defined period.

All content on the 444pk Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, interface design, software code, data compilations and game content, is the intellectual property of 444pk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any Platform content without written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from any Platform software.
• Use any content from the Platform for commercial purposes, data mining, or systematic extraction of data.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content will constitute a breach of these Terms and may give rise to a claim for damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 444pk's total liability to any User in connection with these Terms, their Account or use of the Platform shall be limited to the net real-money balance held in that User's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

444pk shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — for any of the following types of loss, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or the Platform had been advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business or anticipated savings.
• Loss of goodwill or reputation.
• Indirect, consequential or special losses of any nature.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, cyber-attacks, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a User's reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13.1 Suspension by the Operator

444pk reserves the right to suspend an Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, an ongoing compliance investigation, fraudulent activity, or any other circumstance that warrants precautionary action.

13.2 Termination by the Operator

Following investigation, the Platform may permanently terminate an Account for material breaches of these Terms, including but not limited to identity fraud, bonus abuse, prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9, or persistent non-compliance with KYC requirements.

13.3 Closure by the User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be resolved and any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

13.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account — whether by you or by 444pk — all licences and rights granted under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Sections 9, 11, 12 and 15) shall continue to apply.

444pk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Platform will provide reasonable advance notice through the Platform interface, by email to the address registered to your Account, or both.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its operating license. The specific governing law jurisdiction will be communicated to Users upon request.

Pakistani users acknowledge and agree that:

• The Operator does not claim to hold any licence issued by any Pakistani governmental, regulatory or financial authority.
• Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may prohibit or restrict online gambling activity.
• Users in Pakistan access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.
• Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. Users should seek independent legal counsel if they are uncertain about the legality of online gambling in their specific location within Pakistan.
